Ability to restrict sending emails at certain times/blocks of times, or do things like restrict weekends and holidays.

Invoices escalated, invoices collected, high level metrics that come in via email that also encourage logging back into dashboard to see full summary.

Metrics on average collection time from invoice issued to paid. Then ability to see improvements over time.
