• Inv # 19394 is Inactive but for some reason was pulled into the HappyAR platform
  • Inv # 19592 is not showing me all of the contacts. Note - this is second invoice for this customer that I'm trying to escalate and I was able to see the appropriate contacts on the first invoice.
  • Inv# 19571 for WuXi Biologics is another example. Only one contact is pulling in but I need the other contacts as well.
